XL Axiata Goes Live with Qvantel Digital BSS for their Fixed Line (FTTH) Broadband Services

This partnership supports XL Axiata’s commitment to rapidly address the Fixed Line (Fiber) growth in Indonesia (as XL Home). With Qvantel’s state-of-the-art technologies, XL Home will offer superior digital experiences to its customers, unified across care and commerce while simplifying operations and reducing costs.  

 The deployment of the new Digital BSS solution was delivered in record time of 150 days, including data migration from the legacy system. Qvantel will continue to support this with additional extensions of functionality and continuous services.

 The Digital BSS solution helps XL Axiata to optimize customer journeys across various touchpoints, enable faster time to market, improve service activation time to enhance customer experiences, and increase business efficiency with process automation.
