Qvantel Recognized in 2022 Gartner Market Guide

Written by Martin Morgan | February 7, 2022

Helsinki – 7th February 2022 - Qvantel, a leader in Digital BSS, announced that it has been represented in the 2022 Gartner Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions. “CIOs at CSPs can use this Market Guide to identify market trends and hone sourcing strategies for customer management and experience solutions, targeting desired outcomes” according to Gartner®.

Part of the market direction outlined in this market guide include the emergence of low and no-code, and Gartner states that one prioritised area for supplier investment is “Low-code/no-code platforms to enable lines of business to quickly compose solutions across areas of customer journey orchestration and UI/user experience (UX) implementation”.

Gartner also states that “Agility and faster time to market with new services and capabilities, to support diversification of service areas and target customer segments (especially B2B and business-to-business-to-x [B2B2X])”.

Qvantel Flex BSS is built to deliver increased agility and faster time to market using a no-code approach that enables CSPs to make changes using a visual tool. It is available as part of brownfield digital transformation projects where legacy systems are replaced and customer data migrated. It is also implemented in greenfield sites such as new sub-brands and new operators.

Jean-Marc Lazzari, Qvantel CEO, says “We are very proud to be included in this Gartner market guide. We invested in developing a no-code approach to BSS knowing that market change was coming and that the old change request driven model would be unsustainable. CSPs now want increased flexibility and agility to quickly develop new offers and processes and become much more innovative. We believe that being recognised by Gartner in this report reinforces our direction and the value of Qvantel Flex BSS”.
