Helsinki, 25 January 2024 – Qvantel, a leader in Digital BSS, announced the latest products and advances that it will showcase at MWC 2024 in Barcelona (26-29 February).
These include:
As well as enabling increased customer care efficiency using AI, CSPs can also use the no/low code functionality in Qvantel Flex BSS to enable seamless execution of suggested next best actions. This ensures that AI-powered customer care can go beyond providing answers to customer care questions and deliver the best care and after-care experience for customers.
As a large percentage of calls to customer care are about network issues, Qvantel is extending Customer Care Co-pilot to support network-related problem management. We have teamed up with leading AI company Tupl to expand Qvantel Flex Customer Care Co-pilot with Tupl AI Care NOW. The Tupl AI engine empowered by customer, network, and device data provides a better customer experience by identifying network issues that are causing customer problems and those that could also potentially cause problems in the future. This improves customer care performance by increasing first-call resolution rates and decreasing ticket escalations.
As an increasing number of CSPs are now providing fixed broadband and mobile services Qvantel will showcase Qvantel Flex BSS for FTTx. This system can be provided with the OSS from our partner Alvatross integrated into Qvantel’s BSS system to provide an end-to-end solution. This provides a single OSS/BSS platform that enables fixed broadband operators to grow their business and expand their service offerings.
Qvantel will showcase how CSPs can sell a wider range of beyond-connectivity services to B2B customers and deliver a better experience for B2B customers. As a convergent platform, Qvantel Flex BSS can power all services (mobile, FTTx, content, beyond connectivity services) for all customers (B2B and B2C). With Qvantel, CPSs can also choose to accelerate growth in key areas such as B2B, 5G, and digital brands with focused Qvantel Flex BSS standalone solutions for those areas.
Mahender Nandikonda, Chief Product Officer, Qvantel, “Our early investments enabling usage of low/no code technology in our BSS are starting to pay off. Leveraging this, we are now able to match and surpass the CSPs' expectations on the business agility and time to revenue needs. Last year, we invested further by integrating AI into Qvantel Flex BSS to harness the power of AI with low/no code, giving autonomy and a greater degree of innovation ability to our customers. We believe that we are two years ahead of the competition. This lead gives our customers a competitive advantage in areas like time to market, opening new revenue streams, and being able to provide the best customer experience possible.”
